Sights From Seoul

In the fall of 2012 I made my way to Seoul, South Korea.  I had a friend who was living there at the time, giving me a place to stay and a great way to see the city.  In the days that I spent there I got to see a lot of different parts of the city, eat great food, hike and even go to the DMZ.  The DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) is the buffer part of land that separates North Korea and South Korea, The only way that you can see this is if you take part in a tour.  Seoul was the only place in South Korea that I got to spend time in, but that just means I should go back and see other parts of South Korea.

  1. Sounds interesting. I’ll be heading to Seoul next month, maybe I’ll check also the DMZ 🙂

    • I only got to go to Seoul when I was in South Korea and I was there for about a week. I had a great time there and would like to see more of South Korea some time.

  2. I enjoyed seeing your photos. I also had a good time in Seoul when I was there in April. I did the DMZ tour too, tho I didn’t go all the way down the tunnel.
