This food post goes along with last weeks post (A Different Dish). That means this is another different (for me) food that I have just tried. This is a bowl of pig blood soup, it is made with chicken broth, green onions and congealed pig blood. Even though blood is one of the main ingredients the soup tastes more like broth and green onions. It does however have a somewhat iron aftertaste. Consumed in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
