Food Photo Friday-Steamed Meatball

Steamed Meatball in Hong Kong.

These dim sum steamed meatballs are made with beef, scallions and are served in Worcestershire sauce.  Even though they sound like a pretty simply and standard meatball they by far do not need any spaghetti to make them great.  Consumed in Hong Kong, February 2015.

  1. YUM, any other hints as to what spices you think are in them? Sounds like a delicious recipe to try and mimic.

  2. I’m a vegetarian but these sound & look amazing! Going to see if I can find a recipe as I do prepare meat dishes for my family.

  3. My mom used to make a Korean-Hawaiian version of these when I was growing up. Your blog is making me home sick while I’m on the road!! Wishing you safe travels.
